Refund policy

1. No refunds

Because our products are delivered instantly as digital downloads, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect expectations about content, or failure to use the product.

2. One exception: non-delivery

If a technical fault on our end genuinely prevents you from ever receiving or accessing your purchase, and we're unable to resolve it within 7 days of you notifying us, we'll provide the files another way or refund that specific transaction. This is a delivery guarantee, not a change-of-mind refund.
