TrusteeWorks ("we", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

- Name, email address, and billing details provided at checkout
- Payment information, processed directly by PayFast — we do not store your card or bank details ourselves
- Basic technical information (IP address, browser type) for site security and analytics

- To process and deliver your order
- To provide access to your purchased dashboard/member area
- To communicate with you about your purchase or, where you've opted in, about related updates
- To meet our own legal and accounting obligations
3. Third parties who process your data
- PayFast — payment processing
- Domains.co.za — website and file hosting
- We do not currently use a separate email marketing service. If we introduce one in future (for example, Mailchimp or EasyMail), this policy will be updated to name it here.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes above and to meet legal record-keeping requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
5. Your rights under POPIA
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact our Information Officer below.
